Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy
To cancel an event registration, you must email president@ncapa.com and treasurer@ncapa.com, and all requests must be received by 5:00 p.m. no less than three (3) business days before the event date. Registrants who are “no-shows” for an event, or cancel a registration after 5:00 p.m. three (3) business days before a scheduled event, will be required to pay a $25.00 “no show fee” before the member can register for the next NCAPA event.

Dr. Chanel M. Bradden, MBA, is the founder of TrustPoint Consulting Group, LLC and a scholar-practitioner in psychological safety and workplace conflict. Drawing on her doctoral background in conflict resolution, she works with organizational leaders and teams on relational intelligence, conflict dynamics, and cognitive performance under pressure. She is the developer of several original, trademarked frameworks used in workshops and speaking engagements to help professionals navigate high-stakes environments with clarity and confidence.
